Description

A product of 2x Master Mix that can easily perform TaqMan Probe-type Real-time PCR

• Minimize cross contamination by applying UDG

RealMOD ™ Probe R² 2X qPCR mix (with UDG) is a TaqMan Probe type product that enables quantitative PCR using DNA. The UDG-system is applied, and the product amplified through this product includes Uracil. Therefore, in the second experiment, the DNA containing Uracil can be degraded by UDG-syste to significantly reduce false positives for PCR amplicon. In addition, this product has a hot-start function, so the dimer generation rate is low, and the reproducibility and stability against interfering substances are high. The qPCR results are excellent, and it is provided in 2X MasterMix type, so the capacity can be adjusted according to the conditions of use.

Applying fast PCR condition using RealMOD™Probe R2 2X qPCR (with UDG), the same detection performance was confirmed compared to normal PCR conditions.

The Multiplex PCR amplification performance of the RealMOD™ Probe R² 2X qPCR mix was evaluated using various types of viral DNA by 10-fold dilution serially (Using CFX-96 Real-time PCR system).

TroubleShooting Guide

Q. As a result of the experiment, amplification cannot be confirmed.

A. First, check that there is no problem with the template extraction process. Second, make sure that there are no missing contents (primer, probe, 2X PCR mix) when preparing the PCR mixture. Third, check the experimental conditions by reviewing the annealing temperature of the primer design and prime.

Q. As a result of the experiment, a signal was detected in the NC (negative control).

A. First, since non-specific reactions may occur due to environmental factors, please cleanly disinfect the equipment and experiment table you are using before proceeding. Second, since non-specific reactions may occur due to experimental factors (contamination by the template to be used), please make a mixture, dispense negative control first, and then proceed with the experiment on the target.

Q. Is ROX dye added to the product?

A. ROX dye is not added to this product, and it must be used after adding it if necessary. If there is a selection for passive reference dye during the experiment, please proceed with none.
